Hello, I am Anna. Yes, Weight Loss and Fitness are a perfect combo to have a healthier lifestyle. Exercise is only a part to weight loss, nutrition is another one. I want to share my weight loss experience and motivate others to reach your fitness goals. There is NO MAGIC diet, but the decision to change our lifestyle is the first step.

Many exercises can help you lose weight and also maintain your ideal weight. Simply put, get moving, for example, some exercises to burn calories include walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, weight training, interval training, dancing, yoga, and Pilates. Personally, I love dancing and Zumba is my best bet to have fun, burn calories and tone my body dancing to boost my weight loss efforts. Do you have a favorite exercise? Which one?
